Terms And conditions

1: The BUY IT PLAY IT ‘Discount Points’ programme is operated by BUYITPLAYIT.COM and is available to persons residing within the EU who have successfully created and verified an account on the website www.BuyitPlayit.com

2: Points will be rewarded after the product has been dispatched.

3: Points are awarded on every purchase over £1.00. Double points are awarded only when pre-ordering video game software.

4: The programme member will receive points on qualifying purchases which is currently held at the rate of 2.5 points for every £1.00 spent. The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases.

5: The programme member can redeem points against purchases at a value of £2.50 per 250 points. Programme members can only redeem points in multiples of 250 with a maximum of 500 limited to a single purchase transaction. BUYITPLAYIT.COM reserves the right to vary the number of points required to be redeemed.

6: Programme points can be used as part payment towards a product and will be earned on products where points have been used as payment or Part payment.

7: Programme points have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to another member’s account. No change or credit will be given for any overpayment using programme points.

8: If a transaction on which points are earned or redeemed is cancelled or reversed or a product is returned (in accordance with BUYITPLAYIT.COM returns policy) BUYITPLAYIT.COM reserve the associated programme points earned or redeemed.

9: Information on how BUYITPLAYIT.COM uses personal data collected by BUYITPLAYIT.COM from members is governed by BUYITPLAYIT.COM’s privacy policy

10: BUYITPLAYIT.COM will collate all information relating to the programme member's account. The programme member is responsible for the account so will have access to all points earned on that account (including those earned by household members).

11: It is the responsibility of the programme member to notify BUYITPLAYIT.COM, if their details are incorrect or change.

12: If the name and address details on the programme member's form are incomplete or inaccurate when joining, BUYITPLAYIT.COM reserves the right to suspend the membership.

13: BUYITPLAYIT.COM reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate the BUYITPLAYIT.COM discount programme at any time. If the programme is terminated (for whatever reason) the programme member's and any household members' rights to earn or redeem points are lost. BUYITPLAYIT.COM will give the programme member as much notice as it reasonably can. Earning or redeeming points will constitute acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.

14: Individual programme accounts may be terminated at any time, at the discretion of BUYITPLAYIT.COM, where the programme member breaches these Terms and Conditions or BUYITPLAYIT.COM reasonably believes that the programme member has abused the BUYITPLAYIT.COM discount programme. BUYITPLAYIT.COM reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where a programme member is found to have abused the programme. A programme member may terminate his/her BUYITPLAYIT.COM account at any time.

15: If the programme member does not use their BUYITPLAYIT.COM account for a period of 18 months or more, their account may be terminated. They are entitled to reapply to the programme and BUYITPLAYIT.COM may, at its discretion, re-award any points which were held on the account at the time the programme member's name was removed from the programme.

16: Household members are third parties for the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and do not have the right to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.

17: These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law.

18: These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
