1. The owner of this web site is Buyitplayit.com which is a trading name of Pulse Games Ltd whose registered address is: 5 Jupiter House, Calleva Park, Berkshire RG7 8BB.
2. Your contract for all purchases made through this web site is with Buyitplayit.com and you concur that all goods ordered are for your own personal and domestic use only.
3. You agree that email can be used as a long distance means of communication.
4. No contract of sale will exist between you and Buyitplayit.com until payment has been received in full for all goods ordered.
5. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information given to Buyitplayit.com is correct and that Buyitplayit.com is notified as soon as is possible if any changes are required.
6. You agree that all credit/debit card information submitted is your own and that there are sufficient funds available to cover the item or items ordered.
7. Buyitplayit.com will not pass any of your personal details on to any third parties without your permission
8. You may cancel any item in your order at any time prior to the item(s) entering our picking phase.
9. You may return any unwanted goods as per our Returns Policy.
10. Any voucher issued by us can only be used once per user/e-mail address unless otherwise stated. Only one voucher code may be redeemed per transaction. Vouchers must be used before the expiry date, which we will advise at time of issue. We reserve the right to withdraw any voucher code and/or change its conditions at any time and without notice.
11. All offers are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer without notice.
12. Your statutory rights are not affected.
LIABILITY
13. Buyitplayit.com accepts no liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to alter information and descriptions of any listed products.
14. Buyitplayit.com will do its best to correct any errors or omissions as quickly as possible, after being notified of them.
15. Buyitplayit.com makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published on this site. 16. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Buyitplayit.com shall, at its own discretion, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you follow the Returns Policy within 7 working days of delivery of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
17. Buyitplayit.com does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Buyitplayit.com website or for any products or services purchased from Buyitplayit.com.
18. Buyitplayit.com will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
ORDER PROCESSING
19. Credit and debit cards will be charged prior to items being despatched by Buyitplayit.com. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated, and no charge is made for shipping to UK mainland destinations.
20. Each purchase you make shall be deemed to be performed in the United Kingdom. Every aspect of the contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site will be governed by English law.
21. Buyitplayit.com aim to arrange shipment of items in stock within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item you ordered is out of stock.
22. You are able to keep track of any order you place within your Account on-line. Our standard Returns Policy applies to any purchases made from Buyitplayit.com.
DELIVERY
23. The stated delivery period in which you will receive your goods is an approximation only. All goods will be sent to the address entered during the checkout process. Please note your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
24. Buyitplayit.com reserves the right to ship products from any one of it's UK fulfilment centres.
25. If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for custom clearance must be paid by you. Please note that customs policies differ from country to country, Buyitplayit.com advises all customers to contact their local customs office for further information, prior to ordering.
26. When shipping goods internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000
27. Contracts for the purchase of goods by a consumer not acting in the course of a business and made over the telephone or through the Buyitplayit.com website, or by mail order, are with the exception of certain excepted contracts, subject to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ('the Regulations').
28. If the Regulations apply, customers may cancel goods purchased from Buyitplayit.com by requesting their return through the "completed orders" section within "my account" on the Buyitplayit.com website.
29. The notice of cancellation must be delivered within 7 working days of the date of delivery of the goods.
30. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the customer does not actually return the goods to Buyitplayit.com, the customer is under a duty to make goods available for collection at the customer's expense from the address to which they were delivered.
31. The customer is under a duty to retain possession of the goods whilst awaiting return to Buyitplayit.com and to take reasonable care of them during this period. The customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply with this obligation.
COMPETITIONS
32. Competitions and Prize Draws are open to UK residents with a Buyitplayit.com Account
33. There is no purchase necessary to enter into our Prize Draws. Simply send a letter detailing the name of the competition and the email address registered to your active Buyitplayit.com Account to: Buyitplayit.com, PO Box 7432, Wellingborough, NN8 9FP
34. Winners will be notified by email after the competition has ended.
35. No prize may be exchanged for a cash alternative.
MISCELLANEOUS
36. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to make a payment for an order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Buyitplayit.com tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on Buyitplayit.com to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.
37. Buyitplayit.com may amend these terms and conditions periodically. All activities occurring on the web site after the amendment will then be governed by the new edition of the terms and conditions document. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
38. These terms and conditions shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Buyitplayit.com and you relating to your purchase.

If any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or any governmental agency or authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall (to the best extent possible) be severed from this agreement and the remainder thereof shall nevertheless remain legal, valid, and enforceable.
